How much does your service cost ?

Do you Host/Support the website on our behalf ?
Yes, we provide comprehensive hosting and a full support service for your website.
What is the Advantage of a Package solution like yours ?
Firstly, we can make a package very cost effective when compared to developing a bespoke site, or even creating a site yourself. Most importantly the site will not stay still, thus making it future proof. For example, as we add new standard content, or add applications, or account for updates in the Pharmacy Industry, your site will keep up-to-date.

Can we have our own Colour Scheme for the site ?
Yes, you can pick the colours of your site, add pictures of your pharmacy, logos, content and so on, and you end up with a high quality semi-bespoke solution.
Do we need to maintain the website ourselves ?
No, we have a pay-as-you-go service which allows us to maintain the site on your behalf. However, our control panel includes a website editing facility and you can also use packages like Dreamweaver or Frontpage to edit the site yourself.
What is the process for developing a Pharmacy Website ?
The process is very straight forward and requires minimal effort on the part of your Pharmacy. Full details of the Website development process can be found here.
Can you upgrade an existing Pharmacy website ?
Yes, we are more than happy to do this. For example, you may already have a website you have created yourself, or a third party site that you would like to upgrade. We can do this for you.
We already have a site, could you maintain it for us ?
Yes, we can maintain an existing site that has not part of our package. Please contact us with details of your website, and we can provide you with the costs etc that would be involved.
We already have a site, could we use your applications with it ?
Yes you can. If you would like to use our applications such as Ask the Pharmacist, Shopping Lists, Customer Registration, and so on, with your existing website, this is not a problem.
How do we view our Customer Details etc ?
Each Pharmacy has its own 'Control Panel'. This is an area of the website, not available to the public, that is used to access all application reports, e.g 'Ask the Pharmacist' questions.
How do you ensure your applications are secure ?
We use a number of methods to help make our applications secure. For example, information is always submitted to the site using SSL security - This is the same encryption used by shopping sites to send credit card and other details securely.
Can we add Sites to the 'Your Health' Database ?
Yes, you simply submit the site to us, we check it for you, then add it to a suitable category in the database. If it is a global link, i.e not Pharmacy area specific, we make it automatically available to all pharmacies.
Can you develop additional applications ?
Yes, we can develop additional applications for you. For example, if you have an idea for an application that would further enhance your website for your customers, we are happy to build this for you. Please call to discuss your requirements.
