This facility enables your customers to ask you questions in a controlled environment.
The facility is very easy to use; full help is also provided.
It is an excellent tool for keeping in touch with your customers.
How is a Question Asked ? Registered customers simply access their account, then access 'Ask our Pharmacist a Question'.
How do they know when their Question has been answered ? When you answer, they automatically receive a notification email. The customer then accesses their account and views your reply.
Can the customer reply to my answer ? Yes, they use the 'Follow-On' function.
Can the customer change or delete their questions ? Yes, if the question has no reply it is possible to change or even delete it. Once replied to, the question / answer cannot be changed or deleted.
Can the customer see questions from other customers ? No.
How do I access the questions ? From your control panel, where you access the 'Question Management' functions.
