The control panel is the heart of your website.

When you access the control panel, key statistics such as Total Registered Customers, Shopping Lists to process and so on are displayed.

Here you can manage:

Customer Record Management: View & maintain registered customer records, also access the changes report (address, name & telephone number updates). Using these functions you can update your main pharmacy system. Full customer search facilities are provided.

Question Management: View, update, delete and Answer Customer Questions. Notification emails are automatically sent to your customers when you answer their questions. Search facilities are provided.

Shopping List Management: View, update and process Customer Shopping Lists. This facility automatically emails your customers when their shopping is ready for collection. Search facilities are provided.

Questionnaire Management: Customer Satisfaction Questionnaires can be viewed and exported to third party applications.

Website Management: Maintain the contents of your website online. Don't forget, if you do not have time, we can update your site on your behalf with our pay-as-you-go update service.
